The Last Word

God at one time used prophets to reveal bits and pieces of his plan. For the last 2000 years, however, he has spoken fully and finally through his son Jesus. We must, therefore, listen carefully to the words of Christ. (They are just as binding today as they were when Jesus first spoke them.) If we neglect them, the punishment will be severe. But if we bow before King Jesus, love him, and serve him, we will reign with him. This sermon examines these themes in Hebrews 1:1–2:4.
