We are honored to serve as elders, as shepherds, and as pastors. Our responsibility and privilege is to watch out for the souls of the members at Pepper Road by ensuring that we are focused on doing God's will as expressed through the Bible (Acts 20:28; 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13; Hebrews 13:17; 1 Peter 5:1-4; 1 John 3:16).

If your desire is to spend eternity with God, and if you are willing to follow God's Word, the Bible, then we would love to speak with you about joining the Lord’s church that meets here at Pepper Road.

Lance Alexander

As one of the elders here at Pepper Road church of Christ, it is my main goal to help everyone get to Heaven and to live there in eternity with our God. Just as our God desires it, I too desire that all would come to repentance and a better knowledge of the truth. I love the truth and want to work with everyone in any capacity to live better lives and make it to heaven together. If you ever have any questions or concerns, always feel free to come ask me or one of the other elders, and let’s sit and study the Word of God together.

Allen Neeley

As one of the elders of the Pepper Road church, my main goal is to help all of us get to heaven. I do my best to work with the other elders to make sure scriptural teaching is in place in the classrooms and the pulpit. At Pepper Road, we are a family seeking to help and to be an encouragement to everyone as they labor for the Lord. Lenoard Westbrook

The most important task we have as overseers is working to save souls and helping people get to heaven. The work of elders is to shepherd the Lord’s flock, which includes feeding and guarding the souls that are part of the Pepper Road family. As elders, our greatest joy comes from seeing people grow in the Lord, which sometimes includes overcoming difficulties and struggles that are testing them. It is our responsibility to walk only in the path that Christ has given us, and thus our teaching and preaching will be filled with God’s Word. As elders our doors are always open to discuss the Lord’s work.
