Esther: The Silent Sovereignty of God

No one mentions God in the book of Esther. His voice is silent. But his fingerprints cover the events and the words of the book. We sometimes call this providence. God was working behind the scenes. He does the same today. The providence of God not only protects and sustains but also inspires and transforms the people of God. The story of Esther manifests the silent sovereignty of God and enlivens our faith in Him.
