Are All Churches of Christ the Same?

Paul wrote to the church in Corinth, “I plead with you, brethren … that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment” (I Corinthians 1:10 NKJV). Elsewhere in the same letter, Paul assured them that he taught the same message in all the churches (I Corinthians 4:17). So then, if each church is supposed to be united, and if all the churches receive the same teaching, aren't all churches of Christ alike?
