Conquering Giants

Everyone knows the story of David and Goliath. While it is not true that Goliath himself lives today, we face dangers and temptations that can put the same kind of fear in us as those Israelites felt as they beheld that towering figure. What made David ready to face Goliath? We can follow in his footsteps and defeat the giant, whatever form he takes, that threatens to cow us into fecklessness and infidelity.
